Unlike many franchise and aggregator models, ISG United allows agents to maintain 100% ownership of their agency, book of business, customer relationships, and brand. We do not require commission splits on sub-coded appointments, and our focus is on creating long-term partnerships rather than generating revenue from our members. Our members gain access to top carrier relationships, agency resources, technology solutions, training, and profit-sharing opportunities—all while maintaining the freedom to run their business their way. Simply put: your business remains your business. We provide the relationships, resources, and support to help it grow.
We believe in transparency. Our membership agreement is intentionally straightforward and designed to clearly outline the relationship between ISG United and our members. There are no hidden ownership provisions, surprise commission grabs, or clauses designed to take control of your agency. Before joining, you'll have the opportunity to review the agreement in detail, ask questions, and fully understand how the program works. We encourage every prospective member to compare our agreement against any other program they are considering.
Carrier access varies based on your state, agency profile, experience, production goals, and existing appointments. ISG United maintains relationships with many of the industry's most respected national and regional carriers. During our discovery process, we'll evaluate your current carrier lineup, identify gaps in your portfolio, and work with you to create a market strategy that fits your agency's goals. Our objective is not to overwhelm you with appointments—it's to ensure you have access to the markets you need to compete, grow profitably, and win more business. Unlike many franchise and aggregator models, ISG United does not charge large upfront fees, require agency buy-ins, or take commission splits on sub-coded appointments. Instead, we offer straightforward membership options with flat monthly dues: Silver Membership – $299/month • Access to up to 3 carrier appointments • Ideal for agencies looking to fill specific market gaps • No profit-sharing participation Gold Membership – $499/month • Access to all available ISG United carrier partnerships • Eligible for 50% profit-sharing participation • Full access to ISG United resources and support Platinum Membership – $749/month • Access to all available ISG United carrier partnerships • Eligible for 75% profit-sharing participation • Full access to ISG United resources and support Our goal is simple: provide market access, resources, and profit-sharing opportunities that deliver substantially more value than the monthly investment.
